I.L. Playoffs Game One- PawSox 7, Yankees 4

The Pawtucket Red Sox have taken a 1-0 lead in the opening round of the International League Playoffs after its 7-4 win last night over the Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees at McCoy.
