J.C. Linares’ walk-off two-run home run in the bottom of the 12th inning gave the PawSox a 6-4 win over the Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees in the 2012 season finale yesterday afternoon at McCoy.

UP NEXT-  The two teams are off today.  They begin the best-of-five opening round of the International League Playoffs Wednesday night beginning at 7:05p.m. at McCoy.  Zach Stewart (3-5, 3.94 ERA) gets the start for the PawSox. John Maine (8-5, 4.97) goes for the Yankees.
